The East Harlem Information Outreach Project The East Harlem Information Outreach Project is designed to enhance information acess and technology capacity for all community-based organizations in the East Harlem community. All unaffiliated not-for-profit health and social services organizations in the community of East Harlem are eligible and invited to participate in the Outreach Program. Through the Outreach Project, the New York Academy of Medicine Library will offer library and web services to participating organizations. On this site, you will be able to find:
- An overview of the services that we offer to member organizations;
- A directory of our member organizations;
- A registration form to become a member of the Outreach Project;
- Demographic and health statistics on East Harlem;
- Other relevant resources including hospitals in the neighborhood and useful Internet links;
- Announcements from our member organizations; and
- Our contact information.
